Ashtanga (Power) Yoga:
This is a Modified Beginners Instructional Class based on the Primary Series of
Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Beryl Bender
Birch of the Hard and the Soft Yoga
Institute and David Swenson.
Meditation:
Individual and class instruction in meditation
philosophy, psychology, and techniques from various traditions
and systems such as
mindfulness (insight) meditation and yoga
(mantra) meditation.
Gentle Yoga:
A beginning, therapeutic, and restorative
yoga class for anyone who needs a safe
and gentle approach to exercise, movement,
breathing, relaxation, concentration, stress-management, and wellness.
Steve:
Stress Management:
A holistic approach to coping with  
stress exploring the interaction of
body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
Principles, strategies, coping skills and techniques of managing stress for health
and well-being in all aspects of your
everyday life.
Yoga for Seniors:
A class designed specifically to help
senior adults begin and/or maintain a  
healthy lifestyle and well-being. This will be a gentle to moderate workout including
relaxation, exercise, breathing, and
meditation techniques for strength,
flexibility, balance, endurance, energy,
concentration, and stress-management.
Chair Yoga:
This is an enjoyable and refreshing routine of yoga fitness exercises for anyone whose
condition requires you to sit in or use a
chair. This program will include gentle
breathing, stretching, relaxation, and
concentration techniques that will help
improve your breathing, flexibility, posture,
strength, balance, coordination, circulation,
blood pressure, immunity to disease, energy
level, stress reduction, and peace of mind.
