| Directions: Psychotherapy, Coaching; Yoga, Meditation, and Relationship classes offered by Insight and Awareness are located in Suite #208 of the Executive Office Building, 1250 W. Dorothy Lane, Kettering, Ohio. The building is located on the south side of West Dorothy Lane in Kettering east of the intersection of West Dorothy Lane and South Dixie Highway. The name and address of the building are on the east and west sides of the building. Parking is at the back of the building. You may enter the parking lot directly from West Dorothy Lane via a driveway just west of the building or from Southdale Drive which is the first street just east of the building. There is a traffic light at Southdale. If you take this direction, turn south onto Southdale at the light and then turn right at the first driveway into the parking lot. Enter the door at the southwest corner in back of the building, take the stairs to the second floor, turn left, and come in the door that says Nancy R. Milam, Psy.D., Psychological Growth and Consultation. The psychotherapy and coaching office is the first door to the left, and the yoga and meditation studio is the first door to the right. |

Directions: Yoga classes and Life/Relationship coaching at the Ayurveda Natural Health Center are located at 1342 N. Fairfield Rd., Suite B, Beavercreek, Ohio, 45432. Telephone: 937-429-9355 (WELL) This location is at the northeast corner of Dayton-Xenia & N. Fairfield Roads behind the Sunoco service station. You can see the Ayurveda Center sign from the street. The entrance to parking from N. Fairfield Road is at the first driveway north of the service station. There is a sign at the entrance to the parking lot that reads AdTech Systems Research, Inc. Conference and Party Hall. |
